Seeds That Grow: Nathan Cassuto School 0–6 Educational Hub

Educating means planting seeds today, to grow the future of our community
A project to grow together, starting from the earliest years

For many years, the Nathan Cassuto Preschool has been a point of reference for families and children aged 3 to 6, offering a strong, welcoming educational environment deeply rooted in the values of our community.

In 2010, this experience expanded with the creation of the Gam Gam Infant Nursery, dedicated to children aged 1 to 3, responding to the need for continuity, care, and attention during the very first years of life.

Today, we wish to take a further step: to create a 0–6 Educational Hub, a project that integrates the nursery and preschool into a single, coherent educational pathway, in line with current regulations and with our pedagogical vision.

Our vision

We believe that educating means planting seeds: every child needs time, care, and meaningful relationships in order to grow.
The 0–6 Educational Hub was conceived to foster real educational continuity, promoting dialogue between educators and teachers, shared experiences among children of different ages, and a unified journey for families.

Jewish culture, with its values, festivals, and traditions linked to the rhythm of the seasons and nature, harmoniously integrates into our pedagogical project, where nature represents a key element.

Our Jewish school represents an inclusive environment of extraordinary pedagogical value, capable of welcoming and valuing every child and every family with respect for individual uniqueness. The values of Judaism that inspire us are what truly distinguish us from other schools in the area: they enrich the daily educational experience and contribute to making our center an environment of excellence through the transmission of a culture and knowledge that span thousands of years. In full coherence with the pedagogical project of our 0–6 center, the principles of Judaism are interwoven with an educational vision that places relationships, curiosity, shared responsibility, and the harmonious growth of each child at its core, offering all participants an educational experience that is rich, open, deeply meaningful, and respectful of the environment.

“The world endures because of the breath of children who study” (TB, Shabbat 119b)

Project goals

The project includes:

  • the renovation of existing spaces, making them more functional, welcoming, and sustainable;
  • the creation of shared spaces for integrated educational activities;
  • the introduction of internal pedagogical coordination, ensuring quality and continuity across the 0–6 age range;
  • improvements to accessibility, modernity, and overall well-being throughout the facility.

An ambitious project, yet one deeply rooted in the values of our community: care, education, respect for each child’s developmental pace, and the building of meaningful relationships.

Educational spaces

The Hub will be organized into areas designed to support children’s holistic development:

  • Relaxation and reading area: a space for listening and imagination, where language and values are nurtured.
  • Researcher’s Room: dedicated to hands-on and sensory exploration.
  • Role-play area: to understand everyday life and develop social skills.
  • Movement area: designed to support motor development, posture, and physical well-being.

Why support the project

Supporting Seeds That Grow – 0–6 Educational Hub means investing in the earliest years of life, when the foundations of identity, learning, and relationships are built.

It means supporting the growth of a school that has always been a place of education, welcome, and community.

How to support the project

Goal: €40,000

To make Seeds That Grow – 0–6 Educational Hub possible, we need the support of the entire community.
Every donation, large or small, is a concrete gesture of trust in the future of our children.

We have created support levels inspired by natural growth, because every contribution is part of the same educational ecosystem.

🌱 Seed – up to €249
Helps purchase educational materials, books, games, and small furnishings for daily activities.
Many seeds together give life to a project.

🌿 Sprout – €250–999
Supports the creation of shared spaces and integrated educational experiences between the nursery and preschool.
A sprout grows when it finds a nurturing environment.

🌳 Tree – €1,000–4,999
Makes a significant contribution to the renovation of spaces and to improving accessibility and overall well-being within the facility.
A tree grows strong when it has solid roots.

🌲 Forest – €5,000 and above
Represents essential support for the full realization of the 0–6 Educational Hub, including pedagogical quality and project coordination.
A forest is born when many trees grow together.

A shared goal

The overall goal of €40,000 will allow us to:

  • renew and enhance the functionality of educational spaces;
  • create shared environments for 0–6 activities;
  • ensure stable pedagogical coordination;
  • offer children an increasingly welcoming, safe, and stimulating place.

Every contribution is a step toward a future that grows together with our children.
Thank you.
